New Life Style

Peeps, is already end of January! What is your new resolution in 2012? For me, is change my life style because I already 23 years old which is consider old. Well, for me only.

Why is it important to have a healthy life style?

For me, if you don't have a healthy body, it is difficult for you to enjoy your life, take good care of your family and complete your dream. Even tough, you might be a billionaire in future but you don't have the time to enjoy your life.

Every people have their own bad habit, same as me as well. For example, I used sleep at 2am and wake up late in the morning. Sometime, I do can't wake up for early morning class. It is not good for my body and my academic. Besides, I am sure that most of the university students stay in front of their laptop everyday more than they go out do exercise or walking. It is actually not good for health, for me, I used sit in front of laptop to online or do assignment or watch drama, even eating meal in front of it. In the end, if I sit there more than 6 hours, my shoulder will pain and my back as well. I am like an old lady always shoulder pain and need some massage. Therefore, I want to change my life style!! I want become a healthy person!

In this brand new year, my new resolution for my healthy life style will be:
  1. Sleep before 12am everyday
  2. Do exercise at least twice a week
  3. At least eat one fruit everyday
  4. Cook my own healthy meal at home everyday to avoid unhealthy food outside
No matter you have what kind of new resolution, just do it and let's do it now! =)
