Home Cook Lunch


One of my goal is to cook healthy food to make myself healthier and today is the day I cook myself one lunch. I am not a good cook but at least I learn something from my mother. Today menu is mee and seaweed soup. Although is doesn't look tasty but for me is very delicious and seaweed is very good for our body as it has many vitamins.

Besides of home cook lunch, I also achieve the goal of sleep before 12am everyday. It is good to sleep early and wake up early. It makes me everyday feel very energetic and fresh. I also feel that I can more concentrate on class.
