Last post

Hello everyone, here come my last post of my result of changing behavior. For me, it is a good news and good improvement. Why? Below of the two photo one is my visceral fat and one is my BMI. I using a special measurement to measure it which is a new toy in my house.
Both of these is my current situation, if compare with previous BMI I measure in BP lap, it has drop around 1. Although come to achieve my ideal BMI and visceral fat still have a long way, but at least it is a good start and encourage me to keep on work hard on reducing my weight.



For my goal, although I have fail for the mission of home cook meal and sleeping behavior, for another two goal, I think I have complete it nicely. I will keep on work on it and try to change back sleeping behavior. Although I think I didn't do enough for that, at least I am trying to change which is a big step of it. After around two months plus, I really can feel the different with healthy life style and my previous life style. For example, my skin become better, my weight is reducing and I will not get sick so easily. Overall, it is a good start and I will continues it. I wish that everyone have a good result, even the result is not that good but at least you are work on it. Please don't give up and let's us continues it together.

Tuesday

Finally, video assignment and quiz are done and I can rest for awhile. I were struggling with video assignment as technique problem. Anyway, it still done successfully and is great. Unfortunately, I was sick on last week as always burn midnight oil, I didn't get enough sleep. It teach me that although we have plan for everything but still need to prevent all those unpredictable things. We must always find a alternative plan for everything.
Due to busy week, my home cook meal mission has fail as well, in the end everyday eat at outside and sometime eat fast food which is not good. Now already the 9th weeks, two of my mission have fail. Thus, I still exercise every week to maintain my goal. It goes very well and it help me reduce stress as well. Anyway, keep on work hard with everything.

Sunday

During Chinese new year holidays, I break my promise of sleep before 12am as for traditional event, children need to "Shou Shui" during New year eve to pray for your parents live life long. Therefore, I had to sleep late. Beside, for my healthy meal, because of Chinese new year, I have to break it as well.

After coming back to school, everything back to normal and my change my behavior back also. I still playing badminton and gym every week. I eat fruits everyday. For me, so far everything is back to normal. Only one thing which is sleeping behavior, sometime I need to rush assignment or study until late night. Therefore, sometime I didn't follow the rules of sleep before 12am. Well, I will try my best to change it back and do my assignment during day time.

Chinese New Year

Tomorrow will be our Chinese new year holidays. It is very excited and need to drive back to hometown on tomorrow early in the morning. Everyone is going back for holidays so wish that the highway will not traffic jam.

The process of my goal is good and my weight has been drop 1 kilogram since last time I measure it. I have a secret to tell which is I am a overweight person. Currently I am working with my diet plan as overweight is really not good for health. For me and my family, I want to be healthy. Well, the good news is my weight is dropping and although I am overweight, my blood test result still good.

Exercise


I love badminton since I was primary school although I am not a good player. I feel good while playing badminton especially after sweating, I feel released. Besides, playing badminton with friends is a good way to relax and improve our friendship. We have joy and we have fun. It is really great!

My sleeping behavior still remain before 12am everyday and home cook meal is continuing. However, chinese new year is around the corner. Everyone need to aware of eating too much and gain weight. Enjoy your coming holidays. Have a nice day.

Home Cook Lunch


One of my goal is to cook healthy food to make myself healthier and today is the day I cook myself one lunch. I am not a good cook but at least I learn something from my mother. Today menu is mee and seaweed soup. Although is doesn't look tasty but for me is very delicious and seaweed is very good for our body as it has many vitamins.

Besides of home cook lunch, I also achieve the goal of sleep before 12am everyday. It is good to sleep early and wake up early. It makes me everyday feel very energetic and fresh. I also feel that I can more concentrate on class.

Blood test result

Today, finally I got my blood test result from BP lab and I have not idea why they took so long to test it. Well, anyway, the result is good and nothing is over the average, So it is consider good news to me.
However, my doctor suggested me to increase more my good cholesterol. My good cholesterol is only in average but if I don't take care of it, it might be drop also. New Life Style

Peeps, is already end of January! What is your new resolution in 2012? For me, is change my life style because I already 23 years old which is consider old. Well, for me only.

Why is it important to have a healthy life style?

For me, if you don't have a healthy body, it is difficult for you to enjoy your life, take good care of your family and complete your dream. Even tough, you might be a billionaire in future but you don't have the time to enjoy your life.

Every people have their own bad habit, same as me as well. For example, I used sleep at 2am and wake up late in the morning. Sometime, I do can't wake up for early morning class. It is not good for my body and my academic. Besides, I am sure that most of the university students stay in front of their laptop everyday more than they go out do exercise or walking. It is actually not good for health, for me, I used sit in front of laptop to online or do assignment or watch drama, even eating meal in front of it. In the end, if I sit there more than 6 hours, my shoulder will pain and my back as well. I am like an old lady always shoulder pain and need some massage. Therefore, I want to change my life style!! I want become a healthy person!

In this brand new year, my new resolution for my healthy life style will be:
  1. Sleep before 12am everyday
  2. Do exercise at least twice a week
  3. At least eat one fruit everyday
  4. Cook my own healthy meal at home everyday to avoid unhealthy food outside
No matter you have what kind of new resolution, just do it and let's do it now! =)
